When You CANNOT Return Personalised Items
  • Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, misread the description, or no longer want the item, the seller is not required to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Spelling Errors: If you made a mistake in the spelling, date, or custom text during the order process, you cannot return the item. 
When You CAN Return Personalised Items
You have a legal right to return a personalised item if it falls under the "faulty" category, which includes: 
  • Manufacturing Error/Defect: The product is faulty or damaged.
  • Not as Described: The item received does not match the specifications or custom text provided in the order.
  • Damaged in Transit: The item was damaged before it reached you.
